Responsibilities
- To design and develop high quality, bespoke digital learning experiences for customers and clients;
- Develop and create eLearning by creating custom artwork, animation and writing scripts where necessary;
- Design, create and implement new eLearning modules across all Customer Experience departments;
- Develop and create bespoke animations, video productions, films, graphics and new artwork for all digital learning content;
- To edit and improve the Learning Academy’s current library of eLearning content;
- Create new eLearning and digital learning material suitable for desktop and mobile devices;
- Create and manage a conceptual brand and design for the Learning Academy;
- To assist in the design and development of learning mobile applications, supporting the mobile application development team;
Essential:
- Experience in courseware design, digital learning design and storyboarding;
- Proficient in Articulate Storyline 360;
- Proficient in Adobe's Creative Suite, in particular InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator;
- Proficient in multimedia design and video production;
- Proven expertise in graphic design, shown by a background and/or education in a form of visual design;
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts to colleagues and clients;
- Experience in managing teams, or digital learning projects
- Degree in Digital Media or Design
- Competency with Visual Studio;
- Competent using HTML, CSS and javascript;
- Competent using Xamarin.Forms to develop cross platform mobile application
- Familiarity with SEO techniques
- Competency with GoAnimate or animation software, preferably using Adobe After Effects
- Experience with X- Ray machines or aviaiton secuirty (not essential)
- Qualification in eLearning production
- To be able to work to tight deadlines while exhibiting exemplary time management and task prioritisation;
- Must be self-motivated, organised and a team player;
- Must have a strong attention to detail;
- Excellent analytical and organisation skills;
- Customer focused, friendly, professional manner;
- Ability to quickly learn the features and functionality of appropriate business systems;
