Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with client queries (internal & external)
- Deputising for the Digital Learning Team Leader as required
- Gaining a basic working knowledge of our products and maintaining it on an ongoing basis
- Taking responsibility to ensure personal daily, weekly and monthly tasks are completed
- Prioritising workload to meet deadlines
- Demonstrating an ability to work using own initiative
- Working knowledge of Camtasia Studio 2018 (or similar video editing software)
- Working knowledge of GoToWebinar and Cisco WebEx Training Centre
- Strong experience of using the Articulate Storyline 360 suite
- Technical skills such as editing HTML5 and CSS
- Experience of working with or managing an LMS (such as Absorb)
- Strong understanding of learning theory and instructional design methods
- Experience of scripting and storyboarding learning solutions
- Experience of creating a wide range of digital learning material
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent presentation skills

- Financial Services background preferably in an IFA marketplace
- Experience with Financial Services back office systems an advantage
- TAP Certificate in eLearning Design
