  • 3+ years’ experience working in a media agency
  • Solid knowledge of full marketing mix
  • Strong client services skills
  • Strong understanding of campaign performance data
  • Strong numeracy skills and the ability to analyse data
  • Team management to mentor and train grads and execs
  • Establishing and managing long term client strategies
  • A confident communicator; written and verbal
  • Proactive and self-motivating
