Responsibilities
- Assistant the Senior Project Manager in order to ensure effective delivery of projects - Project feasibility studies
- Taking client briefs and providing expert advise on how to move forward
- Drawing up master programme
- Overseeing main contractors and ensuring they are completing works to the required quality and on time
- Site visits / inspections across the region
- UK construction experience, ideally in commercial or retail construction
- Experience working for a consultancy, client or main contractor
- Able to drive and happy to travel
- Wants to progress and learn off the more senior team members
- With time able to run your own project work
