Responsibilities
- Take inductions on site
- Record all paperwork on site
- Answering incoming calls
- Processing invoices and purchase orders onto Sage
- Apply for permits and licences where applicable
- Maintaining internal contact databases of supplier details and associated info
- Weekly outstanding order acknowledgement report
- Creating, formatting and updating documents using Microsoft packages Candidate
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel Word
- The ability to multitask
- Good attention to detail
