Responsibilities
- Producing an accurate ongoing forecast and pipeline, achieving margin and volumes sales targets and being able to monitor, understand and manage the market share performance in line with agreed expectations (this includes understanding monthly management accounts)
- Developing an in depth knowledge of product range and capabilities.
- Maintaining an understanding of competitive activity relevant to the area.
- Working with and influencing the activities of customers as appropriate.
- Being proactive in promotion of the full product range (cross promotion) of Aggregate Industries
- Communicating effectively with credit control, ensuring credit limits for customers are at a sufficient level to meet their needs while minimise the risk to London Concrete.
- Ensuring all monies due are collected within the agreed terms and conditions of the account and all queries are resolved to prevent any retention of payments.
- Be able to demonstrate experience of delivering to stretching sales targets, managing a technical and broad product range.
- Experience managing multiple accounts across a geographical area.
