- Planning the set, sequence, goals, attendance and schedule of management meetings
- Identifying operational efficiencies and how to improve them
- Sales Operations collaboration
- Coordinating with Sales Operations on client events, client and Cluster communications
- Cross-functional communications
- Helping manage demands from other functions of Business Performance, Business Planning and Operations, Sales Operations and the markets
- Stand in for other members of the Business Performance team on Committee, as needed
- Build strong relationships with other functions, Clusters and Business Planning and Operations peers in other countries
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Strategy, planning and business case development
- Commercial acumen and sound judgment
- Articulate, concise, clear written and verbal communication
- Able to build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate in a complex, matrix organization
- Manage a large number of competing priorities for different stakeholders on tight timelines
- Quick & independent intellect: able to draw conclusions, see comparisons, patterns, possibilities in quantitative and qualitative data
- Comfortable scoping ambiguous problems that may have either too much or too little data; able to bring structure and rigor to decisions
- “Consulting toolkit”: problem solving (scoping large projects, breaking into work streams), executive communications (spoken and visual), project management (planning for and meeting goals & timelines) clear succinct prose (written & spoken), comfortable with quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and finding ways to add quantitative rigor to qualitative analysis
Qualifications
- Interest in payments, its products, services and technologies
- Degree from a demanding University program in any field that shows rigorous quantitative and qualitative reasoning and communications
- Evidence excelling in a rigorous field
- Experience with an internal or external strategy consultancy preferred
- May have been a top performer in the first 1-2 roles after graduation and looking to apply those skills in a global, high-growth company with one of the world’s strongest brands
