Responsibilities

•Align with cross-functional teams like Sales, Creative, Marketing, Measurement, and Product to ensure global client expectations are managed, and delivered upon
•Deliver and demand the highest levels of client service by partnering with cross-regional teams to align objectives, improve relationships and processes
•Partner with Regional teams to set and communicate direction and prioritization of key markets and initiatives to support Client’s Facebook activities locally, regionally and globally
•Collaborate with internal, regional teams to ensure product improvement, transfer knowledge region-to-region and improved process/client relationships
•Partner with Client’s global media and creative agencies to ensure synergies, collaboration and trusting relationships are established, towards a common goal of achieving Clients’ global business objectives
•Identify incremental revenue opportunities globally and scale accordingly in partnership with Regional teams and in the identified key markets
•Monitor and provide timely and accurate forecasts of global sales opportunities and pipelines

Minimum Qualifications

•14+ years' experience working in senior Marketing, Account Management and/or Media Sales & Strategy roles, across global Beauty category clients
•Monitor and provide timely and accurate forecasts of global sales opportunities and pipelines
•Experience in managing multi-layer, business relationships

•Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
•Marketing experience straddling both brand and performance objectives
