Key responsibilities

•Lead and develop the operational relationship with allocated brands and retailers, within the portfolio and in line with the category strategy
•Drive the execution of the Fragrance strategy with our sellers and in partnership with our marketing and communications teams
•Target merchandise and use levers to get products on site to drive performance
•Knows how to interpret seller customer needs and behaviours & use them to get the best/ most relevant offer to the buyer. Develop expert understanding of sellers’ business operations and current strategy and utilise insight to identify opportunities for growth
•Proactive management of assigned accounts to identify and implement agreed scaling opportunities and resolve all operational issues through liaison with the support team.
•Partner with trading lead to develop annual strategy and quarterly commercial plan
•Significant use of self-serve reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, DOMO, Bespoke Reports) & information to identify plans for category & improvements to plans
•Identify and source relevant and market leading inventory to support execution of strategy and ensure eBay is the most competitive site for buyers to buy Beauty products
•End to end ownership of seller plan to support the delivery of the Lifestyle strategy
