Responsibilities 

  • Manage the day to day pricing activity including management of Pricing Analyst
  • Develop retail base vehicle and option prices for all McLaren markets
  • Maintain margin and tax structures for all markets and calculate wholesale pricing for all markets
  • Direct and maintain price research, including competitor data
  • Negotiate with Regional Directors and Regional Sales Managers on pricing actions
  • Develop business case analysis for all pricing actions including financial evaluation
  • Develop revenue Budget & Business Plan
  • Monitor vehicle revenue and develop regular revenue forecasts
  • Champion Revenue Management and maximize profitability by partnering with the Product Managers and Regional Teams
  • Manage and enhance option uptake reporting and analysis to drive profit performance
  • Liaise with and support McLaren Special Operations on pricing structure

Knowledge, skills & experience
  • Qualified accountant with excellent commercial understanding and experience
  • Analytical and data interpretation skills and ability to deal with complex data
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and enhance process
  • Experience of international commercial operations
  • Experience working within premium automotive industry desirable
