Responsibilities
- Develop and then drive the approach to automation within Paysafe
- Build & lead the automation Centre of Excellence working with a dedicated team to ensure appropriate automation governance and a managed pipeline of automation opportunities
- Work closely with operational areas and the business units to identify classify and prioritize the opportunities for automation to be added to the pipeline
- Oversee a team of internal developers and 3rd party support to deliver, develop and maintain automation solutions
- Own and maintain Paysafe’s digital workforce and relevant tool kits
- Work with IT, Risk & Compliance to ensure our automation tooling is secure and runs efficiently
- Develop and maintain metrics which demonstrate the value of automation to the Group and ensure benefit realization
- Manage the 3rd party supplier relationship who help build the capabilityAct as a promotor for automation across the Paysafe Group
- Provide thought leadership to Paysafe on automation and future opportunities from emerging technologies in this area
Professional Qualifications, Experience and Personality
- Significant experience in robotic automation preferably in Financial Services
- Proven track record in delivering change in fast moving environments
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Intellectual horsepower to tackle complex problems
- Strong EQ - able to build good relationships across the business
- Evidence of building and leading a high performing team in multiple locations including across different time zones
- Track record of holding business accountable for delivering benefits
- Experience of communicating with senior executives
- Able to travel globally
