Responsibilities
- Handles the GMS internal incoming post mail/return packages process in London
- Supports with preparation of paperwork for legal cases in communication with state authorities, consumer agencies, and private entities in English, incl. acting as a liaison between GMS and EU legal
- Coordinates the local manual refund process
- Supports local GMS projects/initiatives
- 6 months or more of social media experience
- Ability to monitor social media channel activity and advocate the brand according to the TechStyle Fashion Group brand voice
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities at a fast pace within specified time frames
- Energized, passionate and empowered by Member Service interactions
- Superb decision making skills with ability to act expeditiously according to business needs and with a results driven sense of urgency
- Superb English verbal and written skill set required; Microsoft Office proficient preferred
- Ability to solve problems creatively
- Independent in the management of the tasks and priorities
- Patient, respectful and can work with diverse personalities and nationalities.
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and excellent team player
- Good sense of humor
