Requirements
- Analysing, Recovering and providing CCTV footage
- Working closely in partnership with the police and internal departments (e.g. trading law, data protection and sales) ensuring that footage is suitable for use by CPS, local authorities or for internal investigations
- Ensuring CCTV in all stores is operational, fit-for-purpose and fulfils both the ICO and company requirements
- Ensuring records are up-to-date and that all requests, information received/released and actions taken are clearly documented
- Previous experience within CCTV or Security operations
- The ability to prioritise workload and handle conflicting deadlines
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and to a high standard
- Strong written skills and the ability to write clear and concise reports ensuring all activities undertaken are correctly documented
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Possess sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
